Once you sign up, your first shipment will be processed within two days, and your subscription discounts will apply immediately. Prior to billing, you will receive an email notification, prompting you to log in and customize your preferred wine selections. If you’d rather be surprised, we’d be happy to assemble and send a nice selection according to your preferences. Maria Concetto’s wine club is a great way to make sure you always have your favorite wine on hand! You’ll receive monthly or quarterly shipments, completely tailored to your preferences, every time. Simply tell us what wines you want, select your preferred number of bottles and frequency, and we’ll do the rest.

Maria Concetto’s wine club is one of the best ways to enjoy our wines and gain “exclusive” access to limited production wine offerings. As a member you will receive a variety of benefits, as well as advance notifications on new releases and the ability to pre-register and receive discounted tickets for events and member activities. Our members are first in line for all allocations and reserve level wines. We offer two membership tiers: Gold and Platinum Level

IS THERE A FEE TO JOIN?

No! You only pay for the wines you receive and applicable flat-rate shipping costs. Sales tax may also apply to your wine purchase depending on your state. 

HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION WORK?

Once you sign up, your first scheduled shipment will be processed in 2 days and your subscription discounts will apply immediately. To customize your wine selection, simply log in and adjust your selection.
For each subsequent shipment, you will receive an email 2 weeks before your club release is processed. This email will show which wines were chosen for you based on your purchase history. You can log in before the billing date and customize your wine selection.
If you want to place additional orders besides your scheduled shipments, go for it! Simply log in and your discounts will be applied automatically.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?

Our default shipping method is UPS Ground
(delivered in 1-5 business days).
An adult 21 or older must be available to sign for the delivery.
UPS will make 3 consecutive delivery attempts (on business days). If all 3 delivery attempts are unsuccessful, FedEx will hold the package 5 business days at one of their centers. It is then your responsibility to pick up the package. After 5 days the package will be returned to us. If the order is returned, you will be charged for the return shipping to us and the reshipping back to you.
If possible, we recommend providing your business/work address for shipping for a smoother delivery experience.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL?

Your subscription may be canceled with advance written notice. Please note that we cannot cancel your subscription once a shipment is in process.
